The Marsden Musical Institute held it's annual presentation night with a Halloween Theme.

The evening was fun for all including something for the children. There was a fancy dress competition with the prizes shared between the Werewolf (Jason Evans - Principal Cornet) and the Evil Witch (Lynne Mottram - 2nd Horn). The pumpkin carving competition was won for a pumpkin carved with the Marsden Musical Institute Logo by Luci Lamb, 2nd Euphonium.

The important prizes for the presentation night went as follows:

Stunt of the Year
Tommy Tynan for playing to a 600 strong audience at Leeds Uni shouting, “Cymbals!”

Comment of the Year
Glyn for asking Matthew Tooley if he needed his friend to help him play after Sarah had been to the rehearsal the week before.

Personality of the Year

Bandsman of the Year
